First Enron, Now This pt. II

Due to the events that transpired during the evening of October 19, the previous post "First Enron, Now This" has been removed.

In its place I will leave room for any and all comments. I taunted. I will take what comes. I certainly deserve it. The Cardinals laid four stinkers. Five if you count the one Pujols put on his back and saved.

Houston you deserve it. Outpitched to the man. Outhit to the man...except for #5.

still, for myles

So very sorry Jess. Was thinking of you all night as I watched the cards struggle mightily. That was the first game I've watched on TV in it's entirety...start to finish...with my brother Carson and bud. It was good. It was very good...except the outcome of course. I just can't get behind any team from Texas. Ever.

here comes my official taunt:

The team from my hometown, in a head to head match, roundly beat the team from your hometown. And that's official.

what do you mean... YOU just can't get behind a team from TEXAS...ever! I'll kick your butt for that one missy. You don't have to pull the whole dag'um state into this mess! Sting'em Rockwall Yellowjackets! That's right. My alma mater is a flying insect! Everyone...lift your pinkies! Hail dear ole Roackwall/How we love you!

I won't taunt. I'll just say good game to a worthy opponent.

I was impressed with the Cards fans. To be standing and cheering at the end of game 6 - either for the good season from the cards, or in congrats to the astros - either way, it was very cool. It left a good impression on me about a city I've never been to, but now want to visit.

They had a hell of a season and a hell of a team. And they had one hell of a season.
