That Baby Looks Like Lyndon Johnson

In case the news has yet to reach you, there is in fact a small child growing on the insides of my wife. This was confirmed again just yesterday with this smashing photo of the little tot. He/she's that blob favoring the left side of Chel's uterus. We were treated to a live viewing of a head, two arms and legs and a great looking heartbeat.

I celebrated by treating my wife to fast food and an Adam Sandler movie. I can only assume my prowess at husbandry will carry over smoothly into fatherhood.

Your prayers are coveted.

Can we do a poll for names as per Mark and Bethany Douglass? That was good times. Congrats yall. I never did hear if any of those Douglass names stuck...

Oh, so it worked? I mean, you know, it stuck?

Huh.

So, my heartfelt congradulations to you two!

As for names, might I suggest something Irish? Like, I don't know, Sean? Let me know if you need a good middle name--I've got one.

Your little one is darling. Isn't it the craziest thing to see that picture and know that in a matter of months you'll be holding him/her? We love you and will definitely pray for your growing family.

sweet turds! kids are great. especially boy kids. i don't know about girl kids because i only have boy kids. if you have a choice i would pick out a boy kid. if you don't have a choice and you end up getting a girl kid that would be ok too.

here's to kids!

March 17th.... just in time to be in the middle of the second semester of school and leaving us with no real idea as to how we shall do this "job in a foreign country whiling baby comes" thing.

makes for an interesting future.

Well Chels you gotta be safe. So that means no drinking, no smoking, and above all, don't ever get in a vehicle while in the DR. Those crazy drivers are crazy. But actually it might be safer than walking. Actually.

You know a name you never see? Mascot.

And if you don't like that one, try my word verification: Xorbl.

Personally, I'd go with Camarillo Brillo.

Jesse and Chelsea,
Wow! Super Congratulations from the Weres!! I know pregnancy happens everyday around the world but I still consider it a miracle. Our prayers are with your wonderful little one. Isn't it crazy to realize that God is knitting this baby right there in your womb, Chels? Now off the serious note... Jesse, congratulations on your speedy and viable swimmers!
